1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By scheduling, booking, or using any services provided by Robertson Junk

Removal (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you (the "Customer," "you,"

or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not

agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES

Robertson Junk Removal LLC provides junk removal, hauling, and demolition

services in East Lansing, Michigan and surrounding areas. Services are

subject to availability and may be refused at our sole discretion.

Services include but are not limited to:

- Residential and commercial junk removal

- Furniture, appliance, and debris hauling

- Interior and exterior demolition

- Property cleanouts

We reserve the right to decline any job deemed unsafe, hazardous, or

outside the scope of our capabilities.

3. ESTIMATES AND PRICING

3.1 All estimates are based on the volume, weight, type of materials,

and labor required for the job.

3.2 Estimates provided remotely (by phone or photo) are approximations

only. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins.

3.3 Additional charges may apply if the scope of work exceeds what was

originally described, including but not limited to extra items,

hazardous materials, or difficult access conditions.

3.4 Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise

agreed upon in writing prior to the job.

4.2 Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

4.3 In the event of non-payment, Robertson Junk Removal LLC reserves the

right to pursue collection, including all associated costs and

reasonable attorney fees.

4.4 Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to an additional

processing fee.

6. SCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

5.1 Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours

in advance.

5.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled

appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5.3 Robertson Junk Removal LLC reserves the right to reschedule

appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other

circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable

effort to notify you as promptly as possible.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items scheduled

for removal are legally owned by the customer or that the customer

has legal authority to dispose of them.

6.2 The customer must disclose any known hazardous materials (e.g.,

asbestos, lead paint, chemicals, biohazards) prior to service.

Failure to disclose may result in job refusal and/or additional fees.

6.3 The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work

area for our crew and equipment.

6.4 The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits for

demolition work. Robertson Junk Removal LLC is not liable for work

halted or penalties incurred due to missing permits.

8. PROHIBITED ITEMS

We do not remove or dispose of the following items:

- Hazardous waste or toxic chemicals

- Asbestos-containing materials

- Biological or medical waste

- Flammable or explosive materials

- Items prohibited by local, state, or federal law

Attempting to have prohibited items removed without prior disclosure

may result in immediate job termination and forfeiture of any deposit

or payment made.

9. PROPERTY DAMAGE

8.1 Robertson Junk Removal LLC will take reasonable care to protect your

property during service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing

damage or unavoidable damage caused by the removal of heavy, bulky,

or difficult-to-maneuver items.

8.2 Any damage claims must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours

of service completion.

8.3 Our liability for property damage is limited to the total cost of

the service rendered for that specific job.

10. DEMOLITION SERVICES

9.1 Demolition services are performed only on non-structural elements

unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.

9.2 The customer warrants that all utilities (gas, water, electricity)

have been properly shut off and disconnected before demolition

work begins.

9.3 Robertson Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for damage to hidden

utilities, pipes, or wiring not disclosed prior to service.

9.4 The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring demolition

work complies with all applicable local building codes, zoning

laws, and regulations.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All services are provided "as is." Robertson Junk Removal LLC makes no

warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any junk

removal or demolition service beyond the scope of work explicitly

agreed upon prior to service.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Robertson Junk

Removal's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to

our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer

for the specific job in question. We are not liable for any indirect,

incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Robertson Junk

Removal, its owners, employees, subcontractors, and agents from and

against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses

(including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of: (a) your use of

our services; (b) your breach of these Terms and Conditions; or

(c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in

accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without

regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first

be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation

between both parties.

13.3 If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to

binding arbitration in Ingham County, Michigan, in accordance

with applicable arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its

own costs unless the arbitrator rules otherwise.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Robertson Junk Removal LLC reserves the right to update or modify these

16. SEVERABILITY

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
